 Our sessions are adaptable and may be customized for co-ed, women or youth groups. Participants will benefit from a training environment which promotes diversity, self and situational analysis, team building & public speaking. On-site training is available for client convenience, or we can assist you with planning an off-site retreat. We have provided exemplary training and additional services for churches, educational institutions, and not-for-profit organizations.

Individuals looking to enhance their skills and visibility are encouraged to attend our community seminars for development & networking opportunities. We also encourage you to share our information and invite an organization of which you are a member to host a TDI retreat or seminar.

The experience of pursuing higher education equips all students with the advanced knowledge and skills to become catalysts for social change. College can be an exciting time full of great exploration and personal growth, yet it can also be very stressful, confusing and intimidating for young adults. The responsibilities of managing class & study schedules, jobs & family duties can also easily overwhelm single parent students. We provide coaching to 1) assist students with the transition and 2) engage them in their collegiate communities, so they are prepared to assume leadership roles beyond graduation.
